  1. Digital Nature of Services
    Preplyt provides access to digital courses, live sessions, and educational content. Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital services, all purchases are generally considered final.
  2. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
  • If a user has not accessed, viewed, or consumed any part of the purchased course or service.
  • If a refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • If there is a duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  1. Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • If the course or service has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or partially consumed.
  • If the request is made after 24 hours of purchase.
  • If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, change of mind, or lack of usage.
  • For discounted, promotional, or limited-time offer purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  1. Cancellation Policy
    Users may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, provided the course or service has not been accessed.
  2. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.

    If a user faces technical issues preventing access to the course, they must contact support immediately. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue before processing any refund.
  2. Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in suspension or termination of the user account.
