1. Who are your mentors and what are their qualifications?
Our mentors are hiring managers and senior professionals actively working at companies like Cummins, Infosys, Accenture, Mercedes and Samsung. Many of them have directly interviewed and hired candidates from engineering and MBA colleges.
2. How is Preplyt different from the placement training we already provide?
Most placement training gives students generic advice on what to do. Preplyt gives every student individual feedback on exactly what they personally need to fix, delivered during the session itself by someone who actually hires in their industry.
3. What does a typical session look like?
For Group Discussions, 10 students are given a topic and assessed on communication, content, and group dynamics. Each student receives individual verbal feedback during the session. For Personal Interviews, one student is assessed in a one on one mock interview format with detailed feedback on presentation, confidence, and response quality.
