PrepLyt – GD Session Guidelines (Please Read Before Joining)

• Be on time – an esteemed guest speaker will be leading the session.
• Keep your camera ON for a real GD experience.
• Sit in a quiet environment with stable internet.
• Avoid using your phone, Google, or external help during the discussion.
• Let your teammates speak – maintain a healthy turn-taking flow.
• Do not interrupt or dominate the conversation.
• Maintain decorum and professionalism at all times.
• Avoid asking personal questions to the speaker or other participants.
• Participate actively – aim to speak 2–3 times during the GD.
• Stay on topic and keep your points structured and clear.

At the end of the session 1 on 1 feedback will be shared.
